1. Sequence supports adding contacts in real time through Webhook.

If you want to associate your own Workflow and FlashInfo Sequence, you can create a Webhook in the Sequence that needs to be used.

When using workflow, it is important to remember the five steps: create a webhook, configure the webhook in the workflow, push test data in the workflow, map data fields, and enable the webhook.
  • Creating a webhook, you need to select the data source, which can be Hubspot, Salesforce, or others.

By using filters, the user interface can be simplified, reducing unnecessary scrolling and searching, thus enabling users to more easily accomplish their goals.

Currently, only contacts contacted within the past 7 and 14 days are supported for filtering.

6. Calls - Insight and History now include Short Calls.

During routine network monitoring, we noticed an abnormal proportion of short-duration calls. A higher percentage of short calls may indicate non-compliant traffic.
Twilio has also started to request our attention to Short Calls.
In subsequent versions, we will implement traffic compliance measures for trial organizations.

7. Dialer adds Debug mode

The call debugger feature helps the FlashInfo customer support team diagnose connection errors in calls. If the debugger is enabled and a call fails, please take a screenshot of the error message and send it to the technical support department.

8. Sequence supports automatically finishing contacts from the same company.

When somebody stops receiving a campaign, people from the same company will also stop receiving it.
The outgoing email quota per day is relatively limited. The goal is to send effective emails to as many potential customers as possible.

9. Bug fix.
