1. [Team Dialer] - Enhanced Sorting for Dial Number Selection
This week’s update includes an important improvement to the options list for selecting dial numbers in Team Dialer.
Previous Issue:
The old options list for selecting phone numbers was organized in a disorganized manner, lacking any systematic sorting by dimensions such as country or connect rate. This made it challenging for users to efficiently configure caller IDs when creating a project.
New Sorting Structure:
Aggregation by Country: Phone numbers are now grouped by country, allowing users to quickly find the relevant numbers for their region.

Connection Rate Sorting: Within each country group, phone numbers are sorted by their connection rates from highest to lowest.

This new sorting method enables users to more easily and quickly configure caller ID settings, ensuring they select the best available options for their projects.
2. [Team Dialer] - Updated Dialing Batch Options in Team Dialer
This week, we have made changes to the dialing batch options available in the Team Dialer feature on the FlashRev platform.
Updated Dialing Batch Options:
Previous Options: The previous version provided dialing batch options of 2, 3, 4, and 5.
New Options: The updated version now offers options of 1, 3, and 5.
Reasons for the Change:
-
Consistency with Power Dialer: The dialing batch options have been aligned with those offered in the Power Dialer (offers 1,3,5 and 10) to provide users with a more cohesive experience across both features.
-
Low Usage of Certain Options: The options for 2 and 4 were selected infrequently by users, indicating that they did not significantly contribute to the dialing experience.

3. [Meeting] - Business Email Validation Feature in Meeting Form
This week, we introduced a new checking function for the email field in the meeting form on the FlashRev platform.
New Functionality:
Users can now enable the option to "Business email only" when configuring the email field in the meeting form.

How It Works:
Validation Mechanism: When this feature is activated:
If a user attempts to enter a personal email address (e.g., gmail.com, outlook.com), they will receive a reminder to enter a valid enterprise email address.

Benefits:
Quality Assurance: By ensuring that only enterprise email addresses are accepted, this feature helps maintain the quality and validity of form submissions.
Improved Data Integrity: This restriction reduces the chances of errors or miscommunication that can arise from using personal email domains.
4. [Meeting] - Enhanced Permissions for Admin/Owner Roles in Meeting Types
This week, we have made significant updates to the permissions for admin and owner roles regarding meeting types within the FlashRev platform.
Previous Limitations:
Admins and owners could only view meeting types they created or those shared with them.
They were also restricted to editing only the meeting types they created.
New Permissions:
Admins and owners now have the ability to view and edit any meeting type within the organization.
This change ensures that they have complete oversight and control over meeting configurations, fostering better management and collaboration.

5. [Bug Fixed] - Fixed Issue with SMS Credit Deductions
Background:
When users utilize the SMS sending function, FlashRev delivers messages through telecommunication carriers.Due to high volumes of SMS being sent (one SMS could be separated into plenty of segments), there was a possibility where messages experienced queuing. This could lead to delays or inaccuracies in the deduction of SMS credits.
Resolution:
Our team has corrected the underlying issue that caused these inaccuracies in SMS credit deductions.Users can now expect more reliable and timely deductions of SMS credits when sending messages, ensuring that the system correctly reflects their usage.
