1. [Meeting] - Enhanced Meeting Feature Updates

This week, the FlashRev team has made significant improvements to the meeting feature, introducing four key updates aimed at enhancing user experience and functionality.

  • Update 1: Multi-Language Support Based on User's IP Address
Description: The system now automatically adjusts the language of the booking page based on the user's IP address. Currently supporting English, Japanese, Chinese, German, and Italian, this feature ensures that users from different countries can navigate the booking process smoothly. And for users accessing outside these five regions, English will be displayed by default.
Benefit: This eliminates language barriers, allowing customers to book meetings without frustration or confusion.

  • Update 2: Configurable Meeting Description
Description: When users create a meeting, they can now fill in an optional meeting description that will be displayed on the booking page.
Benefit: A clear meeting description helps potential attendees understand the content and flow of the meeting, leading to better engagement and preparation.

  • Update 3: Country Code Search for Phone Numbers
Description: Users booking a meeting are required to provide a phone number. To facilitate this, we have added a feature that allows users to search for country codes by country name.
Benefit: This makes it easier for users to input their phone numbers accurately, reducing errors and enhancing the overall booking experience.

  • Update 4: New Customized Questions
Description: We have introduced three new customizable questions for meeting creators to enhance information gathering:
“What is your role?”
“Which CRM systems are you currently using?”
“How are you looking to use FlashIntel?”
Benefit: These questions help meeting creators gather valuable insights about their bookers, enabling more tailored and relevant interactions during the meeting.

2. [Calls] - Enhanced Call Insight Panel by Call Mode

This week, we introduced a significant enhancement to the call insight panel, allowing for a more refined analysis of call data categorized by call mode. This update is designed to provide users with clearer insights into their calling performance.

Refined Call Insights by Call Mode:
  • Previous Functionality: Users could previously view call insights aggregated by call direction (inbound and outbound). However, outbound calls encompass six distinct modes
    • Team Dialer
    • Power Dialer
    • Auto VM Drop
    • Forward Call
    • Webhook Call
    • Click to Call
  • New Feature: With this update, users can now observe call insights segmented by each call mode.
    • Benefits:
      • Improved Clarity: Each call mode has unique scenarios and uses, leading to varying connection rates (For example, the connect rate of "auto vm drop" is normally lower than 1% and the connect rate of "power dialer" is around 7%). By separating these modes, users can accurately assess performance metrics without distortion caused by mixed data.
      • Targeted Analysis: This refinement allows users to make more informed decisions based on the specific performance of each call mode, enabling better strategy adjustments and optimization.

4. [Bug Fixed] - Fixed Email Signature Preview Issue

Background:
When users utilized the personalized email mode and included a signature parameter in their email prompts, the signature was not visible during the email preview.
It is important to note that the signature parameter was still included in the actual email sent to recipients, but this discrepancy caused confusion during the preview phase.
Resolution:
We have corrected the issue to ensure that the email signature parameter is now displayed correctly in the email preview. Users can now confidently see how their emails will look, including the signature, before sending them out.
