1. [Calls] - Support voicemail anti-spam in Power Dialer

In this week's update, we have further improved the anti-spam features of the FlashRev platform. Following the recent introduction of the SMS anti-spam feature, we are excited to announce that this mechanism has now been integrated into our Power Dialer.

What’s New:
To prevent multiple agents from calling the same number and leaving repetitive voicemails within a single day, this update implements the following functionality:
 
  • Voicemail Delivery Limit: For any given phone number, only one voicemail can be delivered within a 24-hour period. If an agent attempts to send a second voicemail to the same number within that timeframe, the system will block the delivery.
  • Activity Logging: The blocked voicemail attempt will be recorded under the contact activity, ensuring users have a clear record of communication attempts.
  • User Notifications: When a second voicemail delivery is blocked, the system will display a message indicating the reason: "Anti-spam: This number cannot receive more than 1 voicemail within the same day."

2. [Bug Fixed] - Voicemail Switching Functionality Fixed

Background:
We identified an issue where, when an agent enabled voicemail and attempted to switch the setting to “Don’t leave a voicemail,” the change was not saved. As a result, the agent continued to use the original voicemail instead of the intended setting.
What we fixed:
This issue has now been resolved. The voicemail switching functionality is fully operational, ensuring that when an agent selects “Don’t leave a voicemail,” the setting is correctly saved and applied.

3. [Bug Fixed] - Fix a possible messy code problem in Voicemail when the text and language do not match.

Background:
We discovered an issue affecting voicemail quality when users added new voicemails with mismatched text and language settings. For example, if the input text was in English while the selected language was Japanese, the resulting voicemail delivered to the callee could contain garbled audio.
Update:
This problem has been addressed, and we have implemented a fix to ensure that audio quality is maintained. Voicemails will now play correctly, even if the input text and selected language do not match.

4. [Bug Fixed] - Fix for Sequence Performance Display on Analytics Page

Background:
We identified an issue on the analytics page where the sequence performance metrics did not display correctly. If users did not adjust the filter threshold, the performance content would appear empty, even when there were sequences that met the current filter criteria.
 
Update:
This issue has been resolved. The analytics page will now accurately display sequence performance data, even if the filter threshold remains unchanged. Users can expect to see relevant performance metrics for sequences that meet the criteria.
