1. [Calls] - Enhanced Real-Time Synchronization for Dialer and Dynamic Lists
This week, we implemented a significant enhancement to the real-time synchronization of dialers and dynamic lists.
Problem Addressed:
In the previous version, if an agent clicked “start dial” and initiated a call, any changes to the dynamic list would not be reflected until the agent clicked “end session.” This lack of synchronization had several consequences:

Potential Miscommunication: Administrators could delete unwanted contacts from the dynamic list, but agents might still dial these contacts due to the delay in synchronization, leading to unintended outreach.
Key Improvements:

Real-Time Synchronization: Changes made to the dynamic list are now synchronized to the agent's dialer in real time, regardless of the agent's current state (e.g., during an active call).
Benefits of This Update:
Improved Accuracy: With real-time synchronization, agents will always have the most up-to-date list of contacts, reducing the likelihood of dialing unwanted or outdated numbers.
Enhanced Administrative Control: Administrators can now manage dynamic lists more effectively, knowing that their changes will be reflected immediately in the agents' dialers.
Streamlined Workflow: This feature ensures a smoother and more efficient dialing process, enhancing overall productivity and communication effectiveness.
2. Optimized Phone Number Purchase Process
This week, we've made significant improvements to the process of purchasing phone numbers to enhance user experience.
Key Enhancements:

Simplified Selection: In the previous version, users had to select a country and enter an area code to purchase a number. This was challenging for users unfamiliar with area codes, especially when numbers in specific areas were out of stock.

Default Options Provided: The new version offers default options that allow users to select numbers without needing to enter an area code, streamlining the purchasing process.

Optional Area Code Input: For users who prefer to specify an area code, there is still an option to enter it in the input box to find the desired numbers.

3. Enhanced Call History Search Feature
This week, we added another filter to the call history search bar that allows users to retrieve a contact number more efficiently.
Key Enhancement:

Contact Number Retrieval: Users can now easily access a contact number directly from their call history. This feature is designed to simplify the process of searching repeated reaches for the same contact.
