In the Discover tab under the People Profile sub-tab, we have introduced a feature for users to analyze multiple data sources in real time while viewing potential customers, providing the most recent and highly reliable channel for work history information.
Under the Discover tab's People Search, the task involves consolidating and verifying potential client information from various sources across the internet to ensure the most up-to-date and trustworthy means of contact, thus increasing the number of contact methods for each individual.


For the people profile under the Discover tab, support displaying all the work history data of a new data source.
Under User & Plan, support customers to customize subscriptions according to their own period such as bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annually, etc., and realize automatic renewal.
In the List Building tab under the People Profile sub-tab, we have optimized the recommendation of similar personnel by filtering and integrating multiple data sources to improve the quantity and credibility of contact information for similar personnel.

Under the List Building tab and the Dialer sub tab, optimize the abnormal scenario of adding failures when customers add contacts to the dialer.
Under the Discover tab and Lead Search sub tab, Improving service performance to prevent unsuccessful Lead retrieval through the Marketing API

1. Updated Description for Unanswered Inbound Calls
Background:
In previous versions, when a contact called back and there was no agent available or if the agent had not set up call forwarding, the call log displayed the label “Deleted User.” This terminology led to confusion, as it suggested that the agent was no longer part of the system, rather than simply being unavailable at that moment.
What we fixed:
To improve clarity, we have updated the description displayed in the call log for unanswered inbound calls:

The label “Deleted User” has been changed to “No Available User.”
