Sequences are an essential part of engaging with prospects in FlashInfo Engage. Before you can add people to a sequence, you must first create one.
Step 1: Access the Sequence Tab
- Click on the "Sequence" tab within FlashInfo Engage.
Step 2: Create a New Sequence
- Click on the "Add Sequence" button.
Step 3: Add Email or Call Steps
- Choose to add an "Email Step" or a "Call Step" to your sequence.
- For email steps, enter the email subject and content.
- For call steps, use Text to Speech or upload a recording file. The dialer will automatically call the contacts and play the message.
Step 4: Customize Sequence Settings (Optional)
- Adjust the delay between steps if desired.
- Edit the sequence settings, such as schedule and status flow, if necessary. You can also leave the default settings unchanged.
- Edit the sequence title to better describe its purpose.
Step 5: Save the Sequence
- Click "Save" to finalize your sequence.
Once you have completed these steps, you will have successfully created a sequence in FlashInfo Engage. You can now add contacts to the sequence and begin engaging with prospects using the steps and settings you have configured.
