Why am I getting alert as "You can't unlock people"?

FlashInfo provides credit-based plans for businesses of all sizes and user levels, without the worry of overspending on expenses.

You may receive an alert saying "You can't unlock people" if you have run out of credits or if you have reached your daily limit for unlocking people's contact information in FlashInfo.

FlashInfo Credits:

In FlashInfo, each person's contact information must be unlocked using credits. Credits can be purchased as add-ons or included in your FlashInfo subscription plan.

Each credit allows you to unlock one person's contact information. If you don't have any credits or have used up all your credits for the day, you won't be able to unlock any more people.

Check Credit Balance:

To check your credit balance or purchase more credits, you can:

  1. Go to the "Settings" section of your FlashInfo account and click on the "Credits" tab.
  2. From there, you can buy more credits or see your current balance.
