Creating and Editing Sequence Schedules

FlashInfo Engage allows users to customize sequence schedules to optimize engagement with prospects. By default, a schedule is set from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Step 1: Access the Schedule Settings

1. Click on the "Engage" tab within FlashInfo.
2. Locate and click on the Settings icon.
3. Choose the "Schedules" tab.

Step 2: Edit the Default Schedule

1. Click on the "Edit" button next to the default schedule.
2. Modify the existing time blocks as needed or add/remove time blocks to adjust the schedule according to your preferences.
3. Save your changes to update the schedule.

Step 3: Create a New Schedule (Optional)

1. If you prefer to create a new schedule instead of editing the default one, click the "Create Schedule" button or a similar option.
2. Set up the new schedule by adding time blocks and defining the days and hours during which the sequence should be active.
3. Save your new schedule and apply it to the desired sequences.
