Connecting Your Email

FlashInfo Engage supports Gmail, Outlook, Exchange and custom servers for mailbox services.

Step 1: Access the Email Settings

1. Click on the "Engage" tab within FlashInfo.
2. Locate and click on the Settings icon.
3. Choose the "Mailbox" tab.

Step 2: Connect Gmail or Outlook

1. Select either Gmail or Outlook, depending on your preferred email provider.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize FlashInfo to access your email account.

Step 3: Connect Other Providers Using SMTP (Optional)

1. If you prefer using SMTP to connect your email, click the "Other Providers" button.
2. Choose the appropriate mail service provider.
3. Enter the required information, including mailbox account, password, SMTP/IMAP Host, and Port, as prompted by the form.

Upon completion of these steps, your mailbox connection to FlashInfo Engage should be successfully established.
