2. Optimization of Deletion Speed for Large Dynamic CRM Lists
We are excited to announce an optimization in this week's update that enhances the deletion speed of large capacity dynamic CRM lists.

Issue Overview:Slow Deletion Process:
Users experienced significant delays (often several minutes or more) when attempting to delete dynamic lists after importing contacts to a dialer. This was due to the requirement of synchronously deleting contacts from multiple shortcuts associated with the list.
When contacts are imported into the dialer, several shortcuts are created. Consequently, deleting a dynamic list necessitated the removal of contacts across these shortcuts, leading to deletion times that could reach dozens of minutes, especially when multiple shortcuts were involved.
Resolution:
We have optimized the deletion process for dynamic CRM lists. This enhancement significantly reduces the time required to delete large lists, improving overall user experience.
3. Bug Fix for Abnormal Call Duration in Voicemail Drop Calls
We are pleased to announce a bug fix in this week's update addressing the issue of abnormal call duration for calls classified as "vm drop" in call history.

Problem Description:Call Duration Miscalculation
There was a significant issue in the calculation of call duration for voicemail drop types. Previously, call durations were incorrectly counted due to a unit conversion error, where durations that should have been recorded as 2000 microseconds were mistakenly counted as 2000 seconds.
This miscalculation led to unusually long call durations for VM drop types, often exceeding 40 minutes (i.e., over 2000 seconds). As a result, users checking their call history frequently encountered inaccurately inflated call durations.
Resolution:
The counting unit error has been corrected, ensuring that the call duration for vm drop types is now accurately recorded. Users will no longer see inflated call durations in their call history.
4. Bug Fix for Abnormal Status Change in Team Dialer Project
We are pleased to announce a bug fix in this week's update addressing the issue of abnormal status changes for team dialer projects.

Problem Description:Status Change Error
Previously, the design specified that a team dialer project created by an administrator would only change its status to "archive" when the shortcut selected by the project was removed from the system. However, an issue arose where the project status was incorrectly changed to "archive" whenever any agent associated with the project was removed from the system.
This erroneous status change prevented agents from dialing under the affected project, disrupting their workflow and productivity.
Resolution
The logic governing the status change of team dialer projects has been corrected. Projects will now only be archived when the designated shortcut is removed, ensuring that agents can continue to use the project even if associated agents are removed from the system.
