  • "User & Plan" section, Sales can directly activate the packages {14}-{Enterprise - FlashAI - Monthly} {20}-{AI Dialer - Predictive - Monthly} {22}-{Outreach + Predictive + Meeting - Monthly} {23}-{Outreach + Predictive + Meeting - Annually} {21}-{AI Dialer - Predictive - Annually} through Lark approval on FlashRev New Account Application.
  • User & Plan 下,Sales can directly update the existing organization package information through the Lark approval of FlashRev Update Account. When changing the organization package information, it will not recharge tokens similar increments.
  • Under User & Plan, Sales can directly approve tokens recharge for existing organizations through FlashRev Recharge Token via Lark approval.
  • Under the Enrichment tab, the feature "Users can retrieve Company Executives by entering the company linkedin url" has been introduced. This allows users to easily find key personnel of a company, enhancing the usability of our platform.
  • Under the Enrichment tab, users can directly edit and save emails for subsequent AIFlow or sequence outreach processes.

We are excited to announce an enhancement to the onboarding process with the addition of tutorial videos for various outreach modules.
 
Key Features: New Tutorial Videos
  Tutorial videos have been added for the following modules:
  • Email Outreach
  • Call Outreach
  • SMS Outreach
  • Social Outreach
  These videos are designed to help new users quickly grasp how to configure and activate outreach campaigns or dial-ins within each module after completing the onboarding process. By providing visual guidance, we aim to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce the learning curve for new users.

2. Support for Duplicate Project in Team Dialer

We are excited to announce the addition of a duplicate project feature in the team dialer.
 
Key Features: Duplicate Project Functionality
  Users can now easily create a new project by duplicating an existing project. This is particularly useful when you have a well-defined set of configurations that you want to replicate.
  While duplicating a project, please note that certain configuration items will need to be reconfigured, including:
  • Project Name
  • Shortcut
  • Hangup SMS Template
  • Voicemail Template
  These items are considered user-level settings and cannot be fully inherited from the original project.

  • Time-Saving: This feature allows for quick project setup, streamlining the process of creating new projects based on existing configurations.

3. Background Push Support for Call Transfer

We are pleased to announce an enhancement to the call transfer reminder function, aimed at improving user experience during call transfers.
 
Key Features: Background Push Notifications
  Users will now receive system-level push reminders for call transfers even when the Chrome browser is minimized or running in the background. Users can click the notification to quickly wake up the FlashRev dialer and decide whether to accept the call transfer invitation.
 
  To ensure that the background push notifications work correctly, users need to:
  • Enable notification access for FlashRev's web app in your browser settings.
  • Ensure that notification privileges are enabled for the corresponding browser in your computer's notification settings.
 
Benefits:
  • Enhanced Awareness: Users will no longer miss important call transfer reminders, allowing for timely responses to call transfer invitations.
  • Improved Efficiency: Quick access to the dialer facilitates smoother communication and decision-making during calls.

4. Extended Notifications for Email Events

We are excited to announce an enhancement in this week's update that expands notifications for email open, click, opt-out, and reply events to both sequence owners and mailbox owners.
 
Key Enhancements:Extended Notification System
  In existing sequences, administrators can create unified email sequences or AI flows for email marketing campaigns, utilizing different users' mailboxes for email round robin purposes.
  Under the original notification system, only the sequence owner received notifications for these events. This limitation meant that mailbox owners were often left without timely reminders to follow up with customers. After this update,open, click, opt-out, and reply events will now be sent to both the sequence owner and the mailbox owner.

  • Improved Collaboration: By notifying both sequence and mailbox owners, this update fosters better communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Enhanced Customer Engagement: Mailbox owners can now promptly follow up with customers based on event notifications, improving overall engagement and response rates.

5. Fix for Daily Mailbox Status Reminder

We are pleased to announce a fix regarding the daily mailbox status reminder in the FlashRev system.
 
Problem Description:
  The FlashRev system sends a reminder email at 9:00 AM every morning to inform users about mailboxes that are not available. This reminder helps users rebind their mailboxes to ensure the normal operation of mail services. An issue was identified where this reminder email continued to be sent even after the expiration of users' packages.
  The system has been updated to ensure that reminder emails will no longer be delivered to users whose corporate packages have expired.
 
Benefits:
  • Reduced Confusion: Users will no longer receive unnecessary reminders after their package expiration, leading to a clearer communication experience.
  • Improved User Management: This fix helps streamline mailbox management based on the current status of corporate packages.
