1. Meetings – Smarter Follow-Up Emails Powered by AI Meeting Agent

Your AI Meeting Agent just got sharper — it now writes your follow-up emails for you.
In this release, the FlashRev Meeting Agent gains a new skill that transforms how you handle post-meeting communication. After analyzing one or multiple meetings, the agent automatically generates professional follow-up emails based on key discussion points, meeting goals, client reactions (both positive and objections), and agreed-upon next steps.

This enhancement eliminates the manual effort of drafting recap or action-driven messages — ensuring your team stays aligned and your clients feel consistently engaged.
  • Instant follow-ups – Save time by letting AI compose ready-to-send emails immediately after each meeting.
  • Accurate context – The AI references real meeting discussions, capturing tone, intent, and next actions precisely.
  • Consistent professionalism – Every follow-up maintains a polished, brand-aligned style across your team.
With this upgrade, FlashRev Meetings moves beyond transcription — it becomes your intelligent post-meeting assistant, bridging conversations into concrete results faster than ever.

2. Meetings - View Conversation History in AI Meeting Research

AI Meeting Research introduces the ability to view conversation history. Every interaction you have with the research assistant is now automatically saved as a historical record, allowing you to easily revisit or continue any previous session at any time.

Building on last week’s update — which enabled users to perform AI research on one or multiple selected meetings — this new enhancement lets you combine both capabilities within the FlashRev Meetings using the following workflow:
  • Manually select meetings
  • Create a new chat and save the conversation to ask it later
This improvement makes AI Meeting Research more flexible and continuous, helping users maintain context and seamlessly resume their analyses without losing valuable insights.

3. Calls - Streamlined Shortcut Selection Experience in Parallel Dialer

The FlashRev Parallel Dialer receives a major usability enhancement designed to simplify and speed up how users select and manage shortcuts before starting large-scale outbound calling sessions.
Background:
Previously, users selected shortcuts through a narrow dropdown menu on the left sidebar — a process that often caused lag or full-page refreshes when adding or removing shortcuts. This made it inconvenient to prepare call lists efficiently, especially when managing multiple dialing campaigns.

To address this, FlashRev introduces a completely redesigned Shortcut Selection Window, offering a cleaner, faster, and more interactive experience.

Key Update:
With this release, selecting shortcuts in the Parallel Dialer now takes place in a dedicated pop-up window (as shown in the screenshot above). This new interface provides several powerful capabilities that were not available before:
  • Search Functionality – Instantly find any shortcut by name through the built-in search bar.
  • Sorting Options – Sort shortcuts by creation time or by contact count to quickly locate and prioritize the lists you need.
  • Selection Summary – See the total number of selected shortcuts displayed clearly in the bottom-left corner.
  • One-Click Reset – Clear all selections instantly with a single click for a clean start.
These new features combine to provide a faster, smoother shortcut selection process without page reloads or lag.

4. Calls - Real-Time Randomizer for Parallel Dialer

The FlashRev Parallel Dialer gets a significant performance and usability upgrade this week — transforming how dialing lists are randomized. With this update, users can now shuffle call lists in real time, creating a more responsive and efficient dialing experience.
With this week’s release, the randomization process has been upgraded from a background task to a real-time action.
  • Once the user clicks the Randomizer Button, the dialing list is instantly reshuffled in real time.
  • After each successful randomization, the system enters a 2-minute cooldown period, ensuring dialer stability while still maintaining responsiveness for rapid workflow adjustments.
This change gives users the freedom to reorganize their dialing order whenever needed — instantly and reliably.

5. Sequence – Smarter Account Status Alerts for Seamless Campaign Execution

FlashRev introduces a smarter way to monitor and maintain the health of your sending accounts inside Sequences — ensuring your outbound campaigns run smoothly without unexpected interruptions.
Each Sequence in FlashRev connects to multiple types of sending accounts, including:
  • Email accounts
  • SMS numbers
  • LinkedIn accounts
Every account within these pools operates under two possible states: Active or Inactive.
When one or more accounts become inactive, the related steps — such as email sends, SMS messages, or LinkedIn outreach — can pause automatically, disrupting contact engagement and slowing campaign progress.
Key Update:
To reduce these interruptions and improve visibility, FlashRev now displays Account Status Alerts directly in the Sequence List View.
  • When a Sequence contains one or more inactive accounts, a red exclamation mark icon appears next to the Sequence name.
  • Hovering over the icon reveals a quick summary showing:
    • The total number of inactive accounts
    • The type breakdown (e.g., inactive mailboxes, SMS numbers, or LinkedIn profiles)
  • Clicking the settings icon instantly takes you to the Sequence Settings Page, where you can view and manage the affected accounts.
This enhancement gives users a clear, at-a-glance view of account health across all active campaigns — so you can take action before issues affect delivery.

6. Notifications – Fixed Issue Causing Sequence Owners Not to Receive Correct Notifications

When a Sequence used another user’s email or SMS account, reply notifications intended for the Sequence owner were incorrectly processed using the email or SMS account owner’s notification filters. This caused the Sequence owner’s own filter preferences—such as sentiment or intent-based conditions shown in the notification settings panel—to be ignored, resulting in missing or incorrect notifications.
Notifications sent to the Sequence owner now correctly respect their personal filter configurations.
This ensures that Sequence owners receive accurate, filter-matched notifications for all relevant replies, restoring full reliability to the notification system.
