List Management

Sharing Lists with Other Users:

  • Users can create and share their lists with other users.
  • Admins and Owners can share any list with users within the same organization.
  • Based on shared lists, users can view and use them in list management. Read More
  • In People/Company/Local Search, users can use lists either created by themselves or shared using the "Share with ALL" logic.
  • Owners and Admins can use all the lists within the same organization.

AI Agent Automation

Currently in its Alpha version, No restrictions based on subscription plans. 


Creating a New AI Agent:

  • Users can create a new AI calling agent.
  • A phone number is automatically assigned to the AI Agent upon creation.
  • In the Alpha version, a phone number is auto-assigned to each AI Agent.


Getting Experience:

  • After creating a new AI Calling agent, click on "Experience", enter the phone number, and understand how the AI Agent works.

Managing AI Agents in the Organization

Users can manage all AI Agents based on:

  • Search by AI Agent Name
  • View Process of Contact Count
  • Webhook Agent ID assigned to each AI Agent
  • Ability to Publish or Disable at any moment.

 

CRM Enrichment – Activity Log

Based on HubSpot CRM Enrichment – External Data:

Users can now access the Activity Log based on their external data.

Sequence Activity Logs include:
1. Add to Sequence 
2. Remove from Sequence

Email Activity Logs include:
1. Received Email with Content
2. Reply to Email 

Call Activity Logs include:
1. Outbound Call 
2. Call Recording 

These will be recorded in HubSpot for contacts imported from HubSpot to FlashInfo.
Based on Salesforce CRM Enrichment – External Data:
Users can now access the Activity Log based on their external data.

Sequence Activity Logs include:
1. Add to Sequence 
2. Remove from Sequence

Email Activity Logs include:
1. Received Email with Content
2. Reply to Email

These will be recorded in Salesforce for Leads and Contacts imported from Salesforce to FlashInfo.


FlashInfo Engage

Support setting the wait time for the ring during parallel dialing.

Optimize the selection of email types when importing contacts from Discover.

  1. The default is all types; you can specify business or personal email.
  2. If specifying a type, the email task will be skipped if the contact does not have a corresponding email for that type. The reason for skipping will be recorded as "Invalid Email".

SSO Free users now support automatic mailbox warm-up.

Record pause and skip activities for tasks to monitor task execution

  1. Click on the contact's avatar, then "activities" in the shortcut window, followed by "Detail" to view all activity specifics.
  2. In the recently added pause or skip activities, you can view the step, action, and reason.

Improved execution logic for the Sequence Parallel Dialer task:

  • Parallel Dialer tasks in a Sequence are automatically skipped if the contact is removed from the Dialer.
